How to make Lab-e-shirin| lazeez aor yummy| lab-e-shirin

- 1.1 cup vermicelli
- 2.1 cup sugar
- 3.4 cups whole milk
- 4.2 tablespoons roswater
- 5.Crushed nuts for garnish
For the custard base:
- 1.5 cups milk (350 ml)
- 2 heaed tablespoons custard powder
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablepoons rose syrup
- 1 cup heavy crem (170 grams)
- Methods:
- 1.First, prepare the custard.
- 2.Mix the custard powder separately in a small bowl with about 2 tbsp. of milk.
- 3.Pour the remainder of the 300ml in a pan with the sugar and a few drops of red narus (to turn the custard pink) and bring it to almost boiling point then lower the heat.
- 4.Add the custard mixture and keep stirring until the mixture thickens (for about 2-3 minutes) then turn off the heat.
- 5.Set the custard aside to cool.,add the liquid cream and naurus sherbat and mix well.
- 6.Then add the drained fruit cocktail, crushed nuts and boiled vermicelli. garnish with jelly.
- 7.Chil in refrigerate and chill to serving
Tips:
- For a richer flavor, use full-fat milk and heavy cream.
- If you prefer a sweeter dessert, add more sugar to taste.
- You can also experiment with different flavors of jelly, such as orange, mango, or pineapple.
