How to make Lab-e-shirin| lazeez aor yummy| lab-e-shirin

Ingredients:

  • 1.1 cup vermicelli
  • 2.1 cup sugar

  • 3.4 cups whole milk
  • 4.2 tablespoons roswater
  • 5.Crushed nuts for garnish
  • For the custard base:

    • 1.5 cups milk (350 ml)
    • 2 heaed tablespoons custard powder
    • 3 tablespoons sugar
    • 2 tablepoons rose syrup
    • 1 cup heavy crem (170 grams) 
  • Methods:
    1. 1.First, prepare the custard.
    2. 2.Mix the custard powder separately in a small bowl with about 2 tbsp. of milk.
    3. 3.Pour the remainder of the 300ml in a pan with the sugar and a few drops of red narus (to turn the custard pink) and bring it to almost boiling point then lower the heat.
    4. 4.Add the custard mixture and keep stirring until the mixture thickens (for about 2-3 minutes) then turn off the heat.
    5. 5.Set the custard aside to cool.,add the liquid cream and naurus sherbat and mix well.
    6. 6.Then add the drained fruit cocktail, crushed nuts and boiled vermicelli. garnish with jelly.
    7. 7.Chil in refrigerate and chill to serving


    8. Tips:

      • For a richer flavor, use full-fat milk and heavy cream.
      • If you prefer a sweeter dessert, add more sugar to taste.
      • You can also experiment with different flavors of jelly, such as orange, mango, or pineapple.
      • For a more festive presentation, pipe whipped cream on top of the dessert and decorate with fresh berries or sprinkles.
